The above room rates are net, non-commissionable and are based on space availability.

HOTEL TAX: 11.41% (4.166% Hawaii State Tax & 7.25% Hotel Occupancy Tax)

ROLLAWAY BED CHARGE: $40.00 per night

THIRD ADULT CHARGE: $60.00 per night

Maximum guestroom capacity is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children. Children 17 years and under are complimentary in the same room, utilizing existing bedding, when traveling with an adult. The $60.00 third person charge applies to a third adult occupying the same room. If a rollaway bed is required, it is included in this charge.

PORTERAGE: With respect to the services and products provided by our team members, porterage gratuities are $8.00 per person, round trip, plus 4.166% tax.  Please advise if you would like this charge applied to your master account or to the individual's folio.

ROOM ATTENDANT: $2.00 plus 4.166% tax per room, per day; subject to change; $5.00 plus 4.166% tax per suite, per day, subject to change

SMOKING/NON-SMOKING PREFERENCES:

In accordance with the Hawaii State smoking policies, our hotel has a limited number of smoking rooms available where smoking will be permitted on designated lanais only. Smoking rooms are on request only and subject to availability. All other guestrooms are designated as non-smoking both on the lanai and within the room. Guests who smoke within a guestroom may incur a deep-cleaning charge of up to $200, as determined by the Hotel. Various locations throughout the resort have been provided as public smoking areas for guest convenience.

All Reservations Request Forms must be received by April 13, 2007, with a ONE NIGHT’S DEPOSIT to guarantee each room. Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival date. All written requests are on a first come-first served, space available basis. Any no-show rooms will be subject to one night’s room and tax.
