The other items we'll need to ensure we get you maximum exposure is a banner or logo for our websites home page, meeting page and email blast. Please include the website address you'd like to link the banner/logo to and a 1 sentence description of your company. We also need a head shot of the presenter, a short 2 sentence bio, a paragraph describing your presentation, what type of equipment you will be using and any equipment needs you may have. We ask that you come at least 1/2 hour prior to the start of the meeting, so we can make sure all the equipment works perfectly for your presentation. Once again here is the list of item we need;
